Refund & Return Policy
Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, the following policies apply:
Flip-Up Loupes
We take pride in offering a 100% exchange or refund within 30 days for our Flip-Up Loupes and Headlights.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the purchaser is responsible for arranging return delivery.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging.
Any missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of wear may result in a 50% restocking fee.
Custom Loupes
- Custom Loupes (non-prescription) may be returned within 30 days of delivery with a 50% restocking fee.
- Custom Loupes with prescription lenses are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
This policy ensures that we can continue to offer competitive pricing and maintain the high level of customization our clients expect.
If you are dissatisfied with your Custom Loupes, we are pleased to offer a one-time complimentary remake. To qualify, we kindly ask that you have your Working Distance (WD) and Pupil Distance (PD) re-measured by a licensed optician to ensure precision and accuracy.
All returns must meet the criteria of being in like-new condition with original packaging. Any missing parts, damaged packaging, or visible signs of wear may result in a 50% restocking fee.
Lastly, please note that all our Loupes and Headlights come with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This underscores our commitment to your satisfaction while ensuring the continued affordability of our products.
To keep your warranty intact, please do not attempt repairs yourself, as this may void coverage and result in a repair fee. If you need assistance or have any concerns, please contact us to request a warranty repair form.
The Cocoon
We take pride in offering a refund within 30 days for our Cocoon, with a $350 restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the purchaser is responsible for return delivery. Items must be in like-new condition and in original packaging. Missing parts or visible wear may result in a 50% restocking fee.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt. We will inform you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within several days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your product is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
